The Midwest Consortium for International Security Studies

The Midwest Consortium for International Security Studies (MCISS), cochaired by Harold Jacobson (University of Michigan) and Charles Hermann (Texas A & M University), brings together researchers in a range of disciplines to foster new collaboration in the field of world politics. From its base at the Academy's Midwest Center, the Consortium supports security studies among Midwestern colleges and universities.
