The American Academy's Recent Studies on
International Security and Terrorism
The American Academy staff is deeply saddened by the
tragic events of September 11. Through its
Committee on International Security Studies and
Midwest Consortium for International Security Studies, the Academy has
maintained a longstanding commitment to understanding and promoting global
security. In an effort to aid those researching responses to and prevention of
such horrendous acts of terrorism, we have consolidated below a list of the
Academy's recent studies relavent to the topic of terrorism, international
security, and fundamentalism.
