A Conversation with Barbara F. Walter - Virtual Registration
The San Diego Program Committee invites members and guests to a program featuring Professor Barbara K. Walter, Rohr Chair in Pacific International Relations at the University of California, San Diego School of Global Policy and author of the book How Civil Wars Start and How to Stop Them. Walter will lead a conversation on the rise of violent extremism around the globe and the risk factors that could lead to civil conflict in the United States. The program will be hosted in person and simultaneously live streamed on Zoom. A reception will follow for those in attendance at the UCSD Faculty Club.
