A year after COVID-19 initiated a rapid transition to remote work, organizations are contemplating how they will function post-pandemic. Many are considering a new, hybrid model in which employees split time between working on-site and remotely, offering promise for increased flexibility, efficiency, and savings, as well as challenges for collaboration and culture. Pozen, senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Business and author of Remote, Inc.: How to Thrive at Work…Wherever You Are.
