Member Dinner in Seattle
The American Academy’s Seattle Program Committee invites members to a dinner conversation featuring Professor Margaret O’Mara, the Scott and Dorothy Bullitt Chair of American History at the University of Washington. O’Mara will lead a discussion about how we can reimagine a political economy in Seattle that recenters individuals. This topic is inspired by her recent article in Daedalus, “Can Firms Act Morally?”
All members in the area are invited to lend their distinct perspective to this important conversation about the political and economic culture of Seattle and enjoy the opportunity to connect with fellow Academy colleagues.
