Opening Celebration – Musical Performance

The opening celebration of the American Academy's 2024 Induction Weekend honored the Academy's inaugural class of Legacy Recognition Honorees and included a performance led by newly elected member Rodney Whitaker(Michigan State University), arenowned recording artist, jazz bassist, and professor of jazz double bass.
