Most of his work has been in the overlap of physics and philosophy, particularly concerning quantum mechanics. He designed the first test of nonlinear variant of the Schroedinger Equation (using neutron interferometer), and collaborated in the design of the first and later tests of Bell's Inequalities. Related to these are numerous analyses of the quantum measurement problem and nonlocality. He also has a program of developing a naturalistic world view, consisting of studies on probability, scientific inference, perceptual knowledge, the nature of time, the whole-part relation, and the mind-body problem. Two children's books and a number of short plays and poems have scientific and philosophical backgrounds.
