Dahlia Lithwick

For the past decade, Dahlia Lithwick has been a go-to writer for incisive--and often scathingly funny--commentary on the Supreme court and on the politics and legal culture that surrounds it. Her columns and podcasts on Slate have set a standard for online commentary about law. Her frequent appearances in other media have won a wide following. While her viewpoint is unabashedly progressive, she skewers hypocrisy of the left as well as the right. A graduate of Yale College and Stanford Law School, and law clerk on the 9th Circuit, she engages and educates her readers while entertaining them.
