Donald Raymond Keough

Chairman of the Board, Allen & Company Inc. Served a 43-year tenure at Coca-Cola, as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Coca-Cola Company (1981-1993), Chairman of Coca-Cola Enterprises (1986-1993), and as an independent consultant (1993-1998). Currently chairman of both the investment bank, Allen & Co. (1993-), and Convera (1996-). A director of The Washington Post Company, McDonald's Corporation, USA Networks, Inc., and YankeeNets LLC. Former chairman of the board of trustees of the University of Notre Dame, of which he is a generous benefactor, with gifts focusing on Irish Studies and a theology center.
