The HonorableJack Betrand Weinstein was a United States District Court Judge in the Eastern District of New York. He was nominated by Lyndon B. Johnson on January 16, 1967, to a seat vacated by Leo R. Rayfiel and was confirmed by the Senate on April 14, 1967. As a judge, he worked cases centered on Agent Orange, asbestos, tobacco, breast implants, DES, Zyprexa, and handguns. In addition to his position as judge, Weinstein also worked at Columbia Law School and currently hold an adjunct professor position at Brooklyn Law School.
