Jacob Wilhelm Fredrik Sundberg

Professor Jacob W.F. Sundberg was the Director of Stockholm Institute of Public and International Law and Emeritus Professor of Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law in Stockholm. Professor Sundberg was known for his pioneering work in the field of human rights. He began his jurisprudential path in transportation law, and later worked on such topics as piracy, hijacking, and terrorism. Some of his awards included the Raoul Wallenberg Prize and the Danish Wallenberg Association’s gold medal. He has multiple publications such as Från Ekelöf till Europa, Huntford och Europakonventionen, and Minnen från en stormig professur.
