Jenny Greene

Jenny Greene is a Professor of Astrophysical Science at Princeton University. She studies massive black holes and the galaxies that they live in, and uses big and small telescopes across the electro-magnetic spectrum. Greene is part of the ELVES, Merian, MASSIVE, and PFS Surveys.

Greene also teaches algebra in New Jersey state prisons through the Prison Teaching Initiative.

Greene is a member of the American Astronomical Society and won the organization's Annie Jump Cannon Award.

She received a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Astronomy from Harvard University.
