John S. Ahlquist is Associate Dean and Professor of Public Policy at the School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego. He is the author of In the Interest of Others: Organizations and Social Activism (with Margaret Levi, 2013) and Maximum Likelihood for Social Science: Strategies for Analysis (with Michael D. Ward, 2018), as well as numerous articles across political science and economics.
