Kermit Roosevelt

Kermit Roosevelt is the David Berger Professor for the Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Penn Carey Law School. He is the author of Conflict of Laws (2010) and The Myth of Judicial Activism: Making Sense of Supreme Court Decisions (2006), as well as the novels Allegiance (2015) and In the Shadow of the Law (2005). His latest book, Advanced Introduction to the US Supreme Court, was published in July 2026.
