Luis A. Ubiñas

President. Luis A. Ubi?as is the ninth president of the Ford Foundation. Led a comprehensive review of the Foundation's activities in the United States and its ten international offices, aimed at focusing its work on a set of core issues that enable fairness and equity, embodying the Foundation's values while bringing scale to the Foundation's work. Previously a Director at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he worked for 18 years. Leader of its West Coast Media Practice, advising Fortune 100 media, telecommunications, and technology companies on major strategic and operating challenges. Led projects around the world working with both traditional media and emerging technology companies and leading research on the impact of new technologies on business and society. Currently serves on the UN Permanent Advisory Memorial Committee, the Board of the New York Public Library, and is a trustee of the Collegiate School for Boys.
