Michelle Poulin is a Program Associate for Global Security and International Affairs. Before joining the Academy in 2022, Michelle worked as a Research Fellow studying women’s participation in global civil resistance movements. Prior to that, they worked in international university recruitment. Michelle holds a BA in Asian Studies and Anthropology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and an MPP from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Governance.
