Nancy Beth Peretsman

Nancy Peretsman is a Managing Director at Allen & Company LLC. For over 40 years she has served as a strategic financial advisor to many of the world’s leading consumer internet, media, retail, and technology companies. In addition, Nancy has provided advice and capital to over one hundred entrepreneur led market-disruptive businesses. One of the original investors in Priceline, now renamed Booking Holdings, she served on the company’s board for over 20 years, before completing her term in 2020. Prior to Allen & Company, she was a managing director at Salomon Brothers, heading the worldwide media investment banking practice.

A trustee of the Mayo Clinic Board since 2019, she has been a trustee of The Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey for over 20 years and currently serves as the vice chair of the board. Nancy retired from Princeton University’s Board of Trustees after 24 years and recently completed her term on Teach for America’s National Board where she served for nearly 20 years. A graduate of Princeton University, she received an MBA from Yale.
