Author of numerous articles on gender issues and feminist legal theory, jurisprudence, legal philosophy, and law and literature, including the books Normative Jurisprudence and Caring for Justice; a critique of economic reasoning and the law in the Harvard Law Review; and the 1988 article, Jurisprudence and Gender.
