Tobin Smith

Tobin L. Smith is Vice President for Policy at the Association of American Universities. He is the author of Beyond Sputnik: U.S. Science Policy in the 21st Century (with Homer A. Neal and Jennifer B. McCormick, 2008) and has published in such journals as Nature and Issues in Science and Technology.
