Professor William T. Allen is the Nusbaum Professor of Law and Business and  Director of the Pollock Center for Law & Business at New York University. The Center brings together the students and faculty of the Law School and the Stern School of Business. He is the former chair of the Independence Standards Board and former chancellor of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. Allen has authored many articles on corporate law and governance and contributed to "Commentaries and Cases on Law of Business Organization" with Reinier H. Kraakman and Guhan Subramanian. His interest lies in international commercial arbitration as well.
