Since 1990, has mostly been involved in the theoretical study and empirical research on elites, primarily political elites. Results were published in several papers and four collective volumes based on empirical research of the Polish parliamentarians. In July-August 2000, the new survey was conducted among 400 deputies to Polish Seym. Results will appear in a book form in 2001.
