In the first national study of its kind, the Humanities Indicators project reports on the career outcomes of humanities majors in each state and the District of Columbia. The profiles estimate the number of humanities majors working full-time in each state, their median earnings, as well as their occupations and unemployment rate.

Founded in 2008 through a partnership between Northwestern University and Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), Northwestern University in Qatar (NU-Q) educates creative, ethi-cal, and impactful communicators, and contributes both to Northwestern’s excellence and the rise of Qatar as a knowledge-based society.
